Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. We do not accept international orders at this time — if you are outside India and would like a piece, please get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Dispatch timelines

Ready-to-ship pieces — originals, prints and decor held in stock — are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment.
Larger or more fragile originals may take longer to pack safely. If a piece needs more time, we tell you before dispatch rather than letting the order go quiet.
Commissioned and made-to-order work is agreed individually and is not covered by the timelines above.
Delivery after dispatch typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Remote pin codes can take longer.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. You receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged by total parcel weight, calculated automatically at checkout — you see the exact amount before you pay, and it never changes afterwards.

Over 5 kg	₹350.00 + ₹40.00 per additional kg

For the heaviest band, part of a kilogram is rounded up to a full kilogram.

Packaging

Original artwork is packed to survive transit, not to look minimal — corner protection, rigid backing and waterproof wrapping as the piece requires. If something arrives damaged despite that, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will put it right; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Failed deliveries and wrong addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it after the courier's attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — the second shipping charge is payable by the customer.

Taxes

Prices shown are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged or collected, and your order document is a receipt rather than a tax invoice.
