These terms govern your use of Krafts Rhythm of Hands and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Products and descriptions

• Original works are one of a kind. Once an original is sold it stays listed, marked as sold, so the catalogue remains an honest record of the work.
• Every piece is handmade. Colour, texture and finish vary between pieces and between a photograph and the object in your hands — that variation is a property of the work, not a defect.
• Dimensions and materials are listed per piece and are accurate to within normal handmaking tolerances.
• Country of origin: India.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices shown are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged or collected and your order document is a receipt, not a tax invoice.
• Shipping is calculated by weight and shown before you pay. See the Shipping Policy.
• Payments are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
• Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully captured — not when the order is placed. Until then the piece is only held for you temporarily.

Stock and one-of-a-kind pieces

When you begin checkout we hold your piece for a short period so that nobody else can buy it while you pay. If you do not complete payment in that time the hold lapses and the piece returns to sale. If a piece becomes unavailable after you have paid — which should not happen, but we would rather say what we would do — we will contact you and refund you in full.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: cancel any time before dispatch; return within 7 days of delivery; report damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual property

Buying a physical artwork transfers ownership of that object. It does not transfer copyright. All images, text and designs on this site remain the property of the artist, and reproducing a work — photographing it for commercial use, printing it, or making derivative works — requires written permission.

Workshops

Workshop places are limited and are confirmed on payment. Cancellation terms are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If we cancel or move a session you are entitled to a full refund whatever the notice period.

Liability

We take care over descriptions, photography and packing. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Grievances

If something has gone wrong, our grievance redressal page names the officer responsible and the timelines we hold ourselves to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
